Other business:
Gerri Hewitt reported on the Mentoring done in 2018. This was very successful, with some of the mentors and mentees completing 12 sessions. Gerri thanked Bea Akerman for her help in 2018
Freddie Myykytshyn thanked the board for all their endeavours in 2018.
John stated we had run a director’s course in 2018 and qualified a few new directors ,also we had run a Directors refresher course hosted by Alexa Campbell in November. A suggestion was that new Directors should have Mentors to assist them in practical experience before attempting to run games. This will be taken under advisement. Also we should have a directors only meeting quarterly. New Board Will consider.
Suggestion that we should have some monetary enticement for Flight B and C players to attend the CBF events Again new board will consider.
In 2017 Chairs were purchased for our Club. At that time there were many donations received.to offset this purchase. Unit 181 have been remiss in acknowledging this patronage. One problem was where to exhibit the sponsorship. Also we are prohibited to put any notices on the walls or on our cabinets at Soul Sanctuary. Marsha Kimmelman is currently looking into options..

Meeting adjourned, at 4.00 P.M. Moved by Marlene Pontifex, Seconded Doug Fisher. Carried
