President Ray Hornby called meeting to order at 4:05 P.M.

Regional Tournament
• Minutes of Meeting April 6 approved as posted. Moved by Jacqueline Meyers, Seconded Barb Parke Carried.
• Financial Report Ray Hornby stated we are continuing to cover all expenses with our revenue.
• We received a donation from the estate of Miriam Brown our condolences and our thanks to her Family.
• Learn to Play Bridge date still to be determined for the fall session.
• Supervised Play has seen a decline in attendance, but the Intermediate Game continues to grow.
• A new session of 4 Saturday Mornings for new players to learn play of the hand commenced May 3, 2026.
• April Sectional April 23-25, 2026, was a huge success. We had great table counts at all sessions, everyone enjoyed a wonderful atmosphere, great bridge, great food, and it was a financial success. Our thanks to Barb Parke for chairing all attendees and to the many volunteers who made this possible
• Rookie Master Game Monday April 13, 2026. Monday evening was well attended and enjoyed. Thanks, Dave, for arranging partnerships and directing
• Regional Tournament October 14-17, 2026, Barb Parke chairing. ACBL director has been assigned. Brochures available shortly.
• AGM June 6, 2026, Meeting at 11.00 AM Lunch at 12.00 noon and Team Game at 12.30 PM see Website for details
• Our current Bridge mates are getting very tired and are showing signs of wear. Replacements are not available as a new version is now available. Motion moved by Jacqueline Meyers Seconded by Barb Parke that we purchase a new server and 40 bridge input machines. Carried. Shirley will coordinate the purchase.
• Ray will approach Soul Sanctuary re status of Handicap Door.
